Ancient Puzzle Arts Podcast #51: Bytz's Seismic Circuit Selection

I have great fondness for my days partying in Brooklyn between 2010-2014. In many of nights out, I would often bump into Bytz. We were regulars at Francois K's Deep Space night and various bass music and techno events. One particular evening I loved. I exchanged late night existential musings with Bytz while attending a Magic Mountain High (Move D and Jordan GCZ live set) event. I love when someone ubiquitous in the scene is not only a stand up person, but a deep, independent thinker.



In 2019 Bytz made his way from NYC to Asia. After stints living in Mexico and Africa he now resides in Vietnam, where he has once again made himself an undeniable presence in the music scene. As someone with deep knowledge of all forms of dance music, Bytz is able to cross pollinate with local Vietnamese artists as well as international travelers.



For June, Bytz delivers a deep, hypnotic mix of ambient, dub, deep house and techno. This was recorded live at Halcyon Beach Club, Hội An, tailored for the massive SubViệt Sound System. Grab some green tea and banh mi, because this latest mix is a sonic journey.
