Peter is a perfect example of why I love continuing to curate APA. Back when we started doing events again, "post-pandemic" at The 700, Peter was one of our first new regulars. Our mutual friend introduced me to him when he arrived at our first party back at The 700, and right away I got a positive vibe from him. Since then, he has been a regular contributor to the APA atmosphere (you can see him in various APA film photos on our website), and you can certainly see him having a great time on the dance floor not only at APA, but throughout the city on any given dance music night.
The more I continue to do APA, the more this party and mix series is about these types of connections. In the divided, digitally dissociative, and chaotic world we live in, it's extremely cathartic to meet new people from all walks of life and dance with them under one groove.
Peter E was recently included among the hallowed ranks of WKDU's 2022 Electronic Music Marathon and was the featured DJ for February's installment of House Poet at The Divine Lorraine Hotel. He describes himself as a "rhythm provider who strives to create an upward-facing, boundless spiral of 'impeccable energy,' wherein everyone may shed the sufferings of the world and express themselves freely through dance."
