Getting to know Clastic is one of the many reasons I continue to produce Ancient Puzzle Arts events year after year. Thanks to an invitation by Val, an APA regular, Clastic started attending Ancient Puzzle Arts parties at the 700 in 2022. Being tall, a great dancer and having a groovy fashion sense, they were very memorable. As I’m somewhat shy, it took two attendances from Clastic for me to finally introduce myself.
It wasn’t until Dan Edwards, co-producer of Ancient Puzzle Arts events, attended The Great Beyond where I learned Clastic DJed. Dan said he bumped into them at the festival and they discussed DJing. Since Clastic attended such a quality festival and was a regular at Ancient Puzzle Arts events, I wanted to prioritize booking them for the next party.
